Laugh Like You Mean It (Families: High Cognitive)

Laugh Like You Mean It turns the science of giggling into a wild, joyful adventure. Spellers dive into everything from hyena-level snorts to rats getting tickled in labs, from global laughter flash mobs to world-record giggle marathons, from yoga sessions that make strangers laugh in parks to the surprising power of SNORTLES. The lesson explores how laughter boosts endorphins, lowers stress hormones, strengthens muscles, connects communities, and even helps rice plants grow taller. Students meet gelotologists, laughter yogis, world-record holders, and tiny rodents with squeaky giggles.
 
This lesson is designed for High Cognitive Champs (ages 8ish and up). It offers fun yet stimulating content, background knowledge questions, 3-Board AND 26 board Orange Questions, advanced math problems, one-word answer pink questions,  and broad pink questions. Ideal for encouraging deep discussions, critical thinking, and spelling skills while learning about a fascinating topic.
